In the early 1990s, Paul began buying and renovating fixer-uppers in Canton, Ohio. After completing his first home, he knew building would be his lifelong career. As he restored and sold more homes, he realized his true passion lay in designing and building from the ground up. Through conversations with hundreds of homeowners, Paul learned that great design and flexibility were key—people wanted custom homes without compromise, built exactly how and where they wanted. Frustrated by builders who said “no” too often, Paul saw an opportunity to do things differently.
