At the same time as materials costs are going up, many areas have a labor shortage of quality, skilled tradespeople and labor costs for them also continue to increase further adding to prices and possible delays to build times. You’ve probably experienced these same economic conditions in other areas of your life recently when visiting the grocery store, gas station, restaurants, etc.
We have a relentless focus on managing costs and prices for our customers to keep custom homes affordable for families. At the same time, we will not sacrifice or compromise on quality of materials or workmanship.
