Starting in January 2022, Schumacher Homes is leading the industry by changing the standard work week from 40 hours to 36 hours allowing focus on the work/life balance for our team. This 36-hour week will include Sundays off for our sales team and may be a 4-day work week or a reduced hour 5-day work week (based on department and location)

Fidelity's web portal allows you to easily change your contributions and manage your investments. In addition, you can roll former employer 401k plan money directly into your Fidelity account.
Starting with your first paycheck, all full-time employees are eligible for PTO which is accrued on a bi-weekly basis. For the first two years of employment, you earn 80 hours of time. For years three through six, you earn 120 hours of PTO. Starting in year seven, you earn 160 hours.
