Paid Time Off (PTO) accrues on a per pay period basis, beginning with your first check! For the first two years of employment, each employee earns 80 hours (2-weeks) of PTO for full time employees. Years three through year six, full time employees earn 120 hours (3-weeks) of PTO. Starting year seven, full time employees earn 160 hours (4-weeks) of PTO annually.
Communicate your plans with your supervisor as soon as possible. If approved, you will be required to use PTO and if no PTO is available, the time off will be unpaid.
Regular full-time employees are entitled to the following paid holidays observed by the Company: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Additional holidays may be announced during the 4Q of every year.
