The General Manager of each building division oversees every aspect of the homebuilding process and the entire team. They play a key role in the pre-construction meeting, making sure no detail has been left out, and that you are fully satisfied with the entire building process.

"I grew up in a town called Graham, NC. not too far from our Benson location. My favorite part of my job is pleasing homeowners and working together with my coworkers to help them achieve their personal goals. The Charleston III is my favorite floor plan! What I like most about the Charleston III is the abundance of counterspace in the kitchen and large island to gather around.  I also like the openness, everything being on one level, the high ceilings, abundance of light from the windows and the curb appeal."
